Consumer health data privacy policy
Version 2026-09-30
Summary
Some things you can record in OneHill could be considered "consumer health data" under the laws of Washington, Nevada, Connecticut and other places. That data stays on your phone, encrypted. We do not collect, receive, share or sell it.
1. Which app data could be health data
- Mood (from 1, "very bad", to 5, "very good") on an achievement. Only if you record it; the app never asks. Requires your separate consent.
- Goals and achievements in the Wellbeing area (for example, resting or taking time for yourself). Only if you choose that area. Requires your separate consent.
- Free text (notes, "why it matters", obstacles), if you choose to write something about your health. We do not ask you to, but you can.
The app does not ask for or record weight, diet, exercise, sleep, medication, symptoms, diagnoses, biometric data, location, or reproductive or gender-affirming health data. Lock biometrics (Face ID, fingerprint) are processed by the operating system; the app never receives them.
2. What it is used for
Only to show it to you, inside the app, on your phone. The app draws no trends or conclusions from your mood, and does not use it in reminders, celebrations, summaries or statistics.
3. Where it comes from
Only from you, when you write or choose it in the app. We do not get it from other apps, devices, third parties or by inference.
4. Who it is shared with
No one. There are no servers, analytics, advertising or vendors that receive it. We do not sell it. If you export your data and share the file, that decision and its destination are yours.
5. Your rights and how to exercise them
- Access: it is on your phone; "Export my data" gives you a full copy.
- Withdraw consent: You → Privacy and data → Permissions and data → Mood or Wellbeing area. You choose whether to keep or delete what you recorded.
- Delete: when withdrawing consent, choose to delete; or use "Delete all my data"; or uninstall the app.
- Know who it was shared with: no one.
Because we do not receive this data, we cannot view or delete it remotely. For any question or request, write to info@caonadigital.com; we will reply within 45 days. If we deny a request, we will tell you why. You can appeal by replying to that email with the subject "Appeal"; we will answer within 45 days. If you disagree with the outcome, you can contact your state attorney general.
6. If this changes
If a feature ever needed health data to leave your phone (for example, an encrypted backup), we will ask for a new, separate consent before doing so, and we will update this policy.
